Absentee Voting

Mississippi voters must qualify to vote absentee. An absentee ballot is a vote cast by someone who is unable to go to the local polls on election day for specific reasons. The reasons include temporarily or permanently disabled, over 65, outside the county on Election Day, student away at college, work demands or affiliation with the U.S. Armed Forces.
